• Backtagging: Absolutely!
• Threadhopping: It's okay for me if you jump in any of my threads, just make sure the person roleplaying with me is okay with it.
• Fourthwalling: I'm open to it, expect her to be confused thought. I am also not really a big fan of people going all 'You're just a fictional character' but it can be worked out
• Sensible topics: I'm open to a lot of mature themes so feel free to ask. Just know that Rape and pedophilia are a big no for me.

• Hugging: Absolutely! You want to make him happy? Hug away. He's a hug and cuddles sponge, he wants affections, he wants to give affection, if your character wants to feel loved just come between his arms. 
• Flirting with him: Sure! Go ahead, if you're a lady he'll even flirt back! Just don't expect him to do more than be affectionate and take some pictures with you.
• Shipping in general: Eh... not really. I am not really in any of the major Hetalia ships and the only one I can see in a proper historical sense is Prussia with Italy (Italians used to be massive Prussia fans and have a lot of 'prussian' references in their everyday things) so while I 100% support him having a lot of best friends and hugging them to no end shipping is probably a no. (unless we're in a meme, then go wild). 
• Stealing from him: It's canon he gets his things stolen, apparently, with the last big one being his car (he was still in shock when he told Germany) so... yeah, you have a big chance of stealing from him and him not noticing.
• Fighting/Injuring him: It's all okay, maybe ask if you have something specific in mind? He's a big crybaby most of the time and will try to flee or avoid fights if possible.
• Killing him: Ask first, please, but if it makes sense... sure?
